The pressure on production managers of fertilizer plants is increased in order to maximize the profitability due to global competition, world-wide saturation of markets, tightening legislation on ecosphere load and fluctuating oil/gas prices. IPCOS provides optimization solutions for nitrogen based fertilizer plants in order to relieve the pressure and increase the margins.

IPCOS has a track record on APC projects for all these units.
Some customers of our solutions: Yara, PCS Nitrogen, Kemira, Qafco, BASF, PIC, Abu Qir, CNC, Burrup, PLNL, etc.
IPCOS has a framework agreement with Yara International for APC and optimization solutions on ammonia, urea, nitric acid and granulation. This 3 year agreement was extended for another 3 years in June 2008.
